An Act relative to early voting and absent voting.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 65 of Chapter 54 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following sentence:-
All provisions of this section shall apply to early voting as described in Section 25B of Chapter 54 and to absent voting as described in Section 86 of Chapter 54.
