An Act to protect the Commonwealth from toxic chemicals.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the commissioner of the department of environmental protection shall include per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances under the definition of Toxic or Hazardous Substance as defined under 301 CMR 41.02 and 301 CMR 41.03.
