An Act relative to the Elm Bank Reservation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the department of conservation and recreation shall study and make recommendations to improve public and emergency access to the Elm Bank Reservation located in the towns of Wellesley and Dover. Said report shall consider the purchasing of private land and the maintenance, construction and rehabilitation of current state-owned land. Said report shall also identify long term expansion and rehabilitation of the current Elm Bank Reservation to maximize public use. Said report shall be filed with the joint committee on the environment, natural resources and agriculture and the house and senate committee on ways and means by no later than 90 days after the passage of this act.
