An Act relative to marijuana potency.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (a1/2) of section 4 of chapter 94G of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking clause (xxv) and inserting in place thereof the following:-
(xxv) requirements for reasonable potency limits for each type of marijuana product sold by licensees and reasonable potency or dosing limits for edible marijuana products;
SECTION 2. The cannabis control commission shall promulgate regulations no later than December 31, 2022.
