An Act providing MassHealth benefits to emergency services personnel.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 128E, Section 9A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after Clause J in Subsection 1 the following clause:
(k) persons who reside in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and are employed as Emergency Medical Services Personnel as defined in Chapter 111C Section 1.
