An Act relative to racial and ethnic equity impact testimony on health care.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. When holding a hearing on any petition, policy or regulation, the joint committee on health care financing shall proactively solicit testimony on the impacts the proposed action will or will not have on various races and ethnic groups in Massachusetts.
