An Act relative to reimbursement rates for mental health beds.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general law or special law to the contrary, the department of health shall increase the required reimbursement rate to providers from insurers for mental health beds.
