An Act expanding access to higher education tuition and fee waivers for adopted foster children.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The first sentence of the eighth paragraph of section 19 of chapter 15A of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the word “state-supported”.
SECTION 2. The first sentence of the ninth paragraph of section 19 of chapter 15A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the word “provide” the following word:- full.
