An Act requiring the disclosure of services covered by condominium fees and property taxes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 183A of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-
Section 24. The organization of unit owners shall disclose to a prospective unit owner the services covered or not covered by the payment of condominium fees or any common expenses and property taxes associated with the condominium.
