An Act relative to full disclosure of fees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 183A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following new section:-
Section 24. Before the transfer of title owners and or their agents shall disclose an itemized list of expenses that are the responsibility of the unit owner, including but not limited to any commercial real estate expenses that may be a part of the said property.
