An act limiting the charge for condominium “6(d) certificates”.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 6 of Chapter 183A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in subparagraph (d) the text, “ of no more than $25” after the word, “fee” and before the “,”.
