An Act increasing fairness in distribution of local aid generated by the state lottery.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 24 of chapter 10C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “law”, in line 67, the following words:- “, including but not limited to: (1) the percentage of total lottery revenue collected from the municipality; (2) median household income in the municipality; and (3) the financial needs of local public schools”.
