An Act supporting job growth in the Commonwealth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 15 of chapter 63 of acts of 2007 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Chapter 158 of the acts of 2005 is hereby amended by striking out section 9 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-
This act shall be effective for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2006.
