An Act relative to insurance benefits relating to relocation costs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 99 of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 350-351, the words “up to a limit of seven hundred and fifty” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- which shall be no less than five thousand.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
