Resolutions requesting the Governor to remove First Justice Patricia A. Gorman from the Norfolk County Probate and Family Court.
Resolved, That both houses of the legislature hereby request the governor to remove, under the provisions of Article I of chapter III of Part the Second of the Constitution, First Justice Patricia A. Gorman from the Norfolk County Probate and Family Court; and be it further
Resolved, That the clerk of the Senate be directed to transmit an engrossed copy of these resolutions to the governor forthwith
