An Act further regulating the appointment of special police officers in the city of Watertown.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section of chapter 41 of the acts of 2012 is hereby amended by striking out the second sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- Notwithstanding the maximum age restriction applicable to regular police officers of Watertown under chapter 32 of the General Laws, the maximum age restriction for said special police officers shall be 70 years of age.
