An Act authorizing Brian Cardrant to purchase creditable service from the Worcester Regional Retirement System.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Worcester Regional Retirement System shall permit Brian Cardrant, a member of said system, to purchase creditable service for his military service time pursuant to the provisions of section 4(1)(h) of chapter 32.
