An Act relative to permanent alcoholic beverage takeout.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 13 of chapter 53 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking the words: “during the governor’s March 10, 2020 declaration of a state of emergency,”.
SECTION 2. Section 1 of chapter 118 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking out the section in its entirety.
SECTION 3. Subsection (b) of section 2 of chapter 118 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking out the words: “ during the March 10, 2020 state of emergency or until February 28, 2021, whichever is later,”.
