An Act extending pandemic-related relief for dining establishments.
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to extend pandemic-related relief for dining establishments, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 15 of Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2022 is amended by striking out the words “April 1, 2023” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "April 1, 2024"
SECTION 2. Section 19 of Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2022 is amended by striking out the words “April 1, 2023” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “April 1, 2024”
