An Act relative to the placement of overhead transmission lines.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 3. Section 21 of chapter 166 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after "endanger or interrupt navigation." the following:- New overhead transmission lines shall not be located where residential properties are within the fall zone of such towers and wires.
