An Act extending rebates for electric and zero emission vehicles.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 95 of chapter 142 of the acts of 2019 is hereby amended by striking out the figure “$50,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $100,000.
SECTION 2. Said section 95 is hereby further amended by striking out the figure “2021” and inserting in place thereof, each time it occurs, the following figure:- 2024
