An Act regulating lottery funding.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 35 of chapter 10 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 17, the following paragraph:-
“Any city or town that has the ability to provide the sales of the Massachusetts State Lottery games but does not provide opportunity for sales shall not receive funding from the fund known as the State Lottery and Gaming Fund.”
