An Act relative to the Board of Registration of Cosmetology and Barbering exams.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The first paragraph of section 87V of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the second sentence the following sentence:-  The board shall offer all practical and written examinations in the following languages: English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese and Haitian Creole.

SECTION 2. Section 1 shall take effect 180 days after the effective date of this act.
