An Act to electrify the Haverhill line of the commuter rail.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 7 of Chapter 21N of The General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following paragraph:
"(e)The Haverhill Commuter Rail Line of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority shall be electrified no later than December December 31st, 2030.”
