An Act increasing annuity for disabled veterans and gold star families.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 6b of chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the word in paragraph 2, “$2,000” and inserting in place thereof the word: “$3,000”.

Section 6b of chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby further amended by striking out the words in paragraph 3, “provided, that the surviving spouse does not remarry.”

Section 6b of chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition is hereby further amended by striking out the word in line 3 of paragraph 3, “ $2,000” and inserting in place thereof the word: “$3,000”.
