An Act relative to standard procedures in probate court.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 39M of chapter 119, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:-
(i) Every court with jurisdiction under this section, or a court issuing similar findings of fact and rulings of law to those in subsection (b) in any other proceeding, shall follow the protocol for complaints and judgements for dependency pursuant this section as published by the chief justice of the probate and family court to ensure that there is no discrepancy in the application of this section between county court departments.
