An Act relative to the sale of alcohol on holidays.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 138 Subsection (a) of section 33, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 20 through 22, inclusive, the sentence: “no licensee under section 15 shall sell or deliver any alcoholic beverages on the last Monday in May before 12:00 noon, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas day.”
