An Act authorizing the town of Holliston to continue the employment of Mark Dellicker as deputy fire chief until a maximum age of 70.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Mark Dellicker, a call firefighter in the town of Holliston, may continue to serve in the capacity of on-call deputy fire chief until the age of 70 or the date of his retirement or non-reappointment by the select board, whichever occurs first; provided, however, that no deductions shall be made from the regular compensation of Mark Dellicker under chapter 32 of the General Laws for any service performed subsequent to his reaching the age of 65 in connection with his services to the town for retirement or pension purposes.
