An Act to designate the Route 9 highway bridge between Belchertown and Ware as the Kenneth J. Iwasinski Memorial Bridge.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Bridge No. B-05-027, identification number 90D, located on the Route 9 state highway in the towns of Belchertown and Ware shall be designated and known as the "Kenneth J. Iwasinski Memorial Bridge".
Section 2. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
Section 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
