An Act relative to the town of Lanesborough employee training.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special rules to the contrary, the Town of Lanesborough shall adopt and put in place a by-law requiring all elected and appointed officials and all Town employees to complete Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training, as well as Sexual Harassment training along with the required State Open Meeting Law and Ethics annual training, or act on any action relative thereto.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
