An Act dedicating the boat ramp at Bicentennial Park in the city of Fall River as the State Representative Manuel Raposa Jr. Boat Ramp.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION__. The boat ramp at Bicentennial Park in the city of Fall River shall be designated and known as the State Representative Manuel Raposa Jr. Boat Ramp. The Department of Conversation and Recreation shall erect suitable markers bearing that designation in compliance with the standards of that agency. The department shall be responsible for the maintenance of the markers.
