An Act Resolutions designating August 10th and 11th, 2024 as the sales tax holiday.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Whereas, the general court is charged with annually designating a sales tax holiday weekend in the month of August; therefore be it
Resolved, that the days of August 10 and 11 shall be the sales tax holiday for the year 2024 pursuant to chapter 64H section 6A of the General Laws.
