An Act relative to retirement benefits.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding Chapter 32, Sections 65C and 65D, or any other general or special law to the contrary, Mary McCabe is authorized to name her daughter Anna McCabe as her Option C beneficiary pursuant to option (c) of subdivision (2) of section 12 of chapter 32.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage, and shall apply retroactively as of October 29, 2023.
