An Act authorizing the Dudley town administrator to sign warrants.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 56 of chapter 41 of the General Laws, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town administrator in the town of Dudley is hereby authorized to approve all bills, drafts, orders and payrolls under the authority of the board of selectmen, from funds budgeted and previously appropriated by town meeting, and sign warrants for payment on behalf of the board of selectmen, also from funds as budgeted and appropriated by town meeting, provided that the town administrator shall also make available to said board any records of such actions on a regular basis and as the board may require.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
