An Act relative to the executive form of government for the town of Lenox.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The third sentence of section 3 of chapter 155 of the acts of 1991 is hereby amended by inserting after the word “town”, the second time it appears, the following words: or the county.

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
