“The building utilized for lifeguard and related operations at the Salisbury beach state reservation shall be known as the Robert “Boots” Chouinard Lifeguard Facility in recognition of Robert Chouinard’s years of dedicated service to the department of conservation and recreation and its predecessor agencies and his service in the United States Army; provided, that not later than 90 days following the passage of this act, said department shall design and install interpretive signage portraying such service and legacy at the facility and in one or more additional prominent places at the reservation; and provided further, that said signage shall be designed in consultation with the Salisbury board of selectmen and the family of Robert “Boots” Chouinard.”;
and by striking out the title and inserting in place thereof the following title:
“An Act relative to naming a lifeguard building at the Salisbury beach state reservation.”.
