An Act relative to facilities grants for approved projects under the school building assistance program.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Paragraph (C) of subsection (a) of section 10 of chapter 70B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- Up to 6 incentive points may be awarded to districts located within municipalities that have adopted a smart growth zoning district or starter home zoning district, as defined in section 2 of chapter 40R.
