An Act providing uniform mail voting forms.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 25B of said chapter 54, as appearing in section 10 of chapter 92 of the acts of 2022, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:

(l) The state secretary shall prepare uniform applications, instructions, ballot styles, envelopes, and other papers and electronic documents without distinguishing early voting by mail from absent voting under this chapter.
