An Act eliminating the handgun prohibition while hunting.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1, Section 67 of Chapter 131 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, shall be amended by deleting the section in its entirety.
SECTION 2. Section 70 of Chapter 131 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, shall be amended by deleting the section in its entirety.
