An Act relative to streamlining notice and disclosure.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 228 of chapter 111 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapter 260 of the acts of 2020, is hereby repealed.
