An Act relative to the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 15 of chapter 138 is hereby amended by striking out, as inserted by section 98 of chapter 219 of the acts of 2016, the following words in the first paragraph:- “if at least 50 per cent of the revenue generated at the premises licensed under this section is derived from the sale of grocery items as defined in section 184B of chapter 94”.
