An Act relative to chief probation officers.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 3 of Chapter 150E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended in lines 21 through 23, by striking the words:- “, or chief probation officer or acting chief probation officer of any court or region, including, without limitation within the term, any division or department of the trial court”.
