An Act relative to protecting our waterways.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: Section 12 of Chapter 90B of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in the first paragraph, by inserting after the words “ by members of the state police,” the following: “by deputy sheriffs”

SECTION 2: Section 10G of Chapter 21A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended, in the first paragraph, by inserting after the words “by members of the state police,” the following: “by deputy sheriffs”
