An Act further regulating the continuing education requirements for real estate brokers and salespersons.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 87XX1/2 of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following sentences:-
The board may authorize any courses or programs for continuing education credits that satisfy this section. The board may adopt rules and regulations for the continuing professional education required for renewal of licenses.
