An Act relative to employees of the Commonwealth who are required to respond to crime scenes.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 3 of Chapter 32, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended in subsection (g), by inserting after the words "head guard and chief of waterfront police", in line 255, the words:-

Forensic Scientists employed at the Massachusetts State Police Crime Laboratory;
