An Act establishing the official marine invertebrate of the Commonwealth.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 2 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapter 54 of the acts of 2022, is hereby further amended by adding the following section:-

SECTION 1. Section 65. The Limulus Polyphemus shall be the official marine invertebrate of the Commonwealth.
