An Act preventing overdoses in the commonwealth.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 112 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 39J the following section:-

Section 39K. A retail pharmacy licensed pursuant to section 39 shall notify the department of public health if their supply of naloxone nasal spray is insufficient.
