An Act relative to equal access on DCR roadways.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1 of Chapter 164 of the Acts of 2022 is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the first sentence thereof the following:- "; provided further, that any such easement shall also grant the same rights for the benefit of all other property on the Columbia Point peninsula located between Morrissey Boulevard, Day Boulevard, and Dorchester Bay".
