An Act relative to changing the name of Salisbury Beach State Reservation.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Salisbury Beach State Reservation shall be designated and known as “Robert 'Boots' Chouinard State Reservation at Salisbury Beach”. The commissioner of conservation and recreation may cause to be recorded in the proper registry of deeds such form as may be required by law to document the name change under this act. The department of conservation and recreation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
