An Act relative to school districts in receivership and the Massachusetts School Building Authority.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The second paragraph of section 10 of chapter 70B of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-
(d) Notwithstanding the first sentence of this section, school districts in receivership shall qualify for incentive percentage points above 80 per cent of eligible costs.
